Musical voyage of discovery at the Museum C.G. Jung House
On Friday, 6 June 2025, the members of the Küsnacht Cantonal School Chamber Orchestra will transform the dreamy garden and the beautiful home of C.G. Jung into a musical oasis. On this special afternoon, chamber music as well as orchestral and folk music will be performed by a variety of ensembles.

You can look forward to classics by Edvard Grieg and Joseph Haydn, whose timeless beauty will bring the historic location to life. You can also expect rarely heard trouvailles by Mel Bonis and Ludwig Kirchner, which will delight you with their subtle nuances and surprising tonal colours.

Let yourself be enchanted by the unique atmosphere and musical diversity and enjoy an unforgettable sound experience in this special place.

The museum will be open on 6 June 2025 from 12:15-17:00 as part of the ‘Klingende Museen’. A ticket is required to enter the museum, available at the museum ticket office or online . Admission to the garden is free during the ‘Klingende Museen’ from 12:15-17:00.

The musical performances are scheduled to take place at 1:15 pm / 2:30 pm / 4:00 pm. (Subject to change)

The programme in the garden depends on the weather and will only take place in good weather.

Throughout the month of June, museums in the Zurich region will become stages for a variety of musical performances. The new “Klingende Museen" ("Sounding Museums”) concert series invites visitors of all ages to experience museums in a whole new way. From music schools to professional bands, ensembles, yodeling clubs and violinists - the “Sounding Museums” concert series offers a diverse selection of musical performances.
