Accessibility

The Museum Haus C.G. Jung welcomes people with a wide range of needs.
Customised exhibition assistance can be organised. Please contact us a few weeks before your visit. For people with special needs, we offer exhibition assistance by appointment for one hour during regular opening hours. This service is included in the museums entrance fee.

Access by car up to the entrance of the museum is permitted for people with limited mobility or special needs. A car park is available (gravelled area).
Please register at the museum ticket office or in advance by email.

The museum toilet is wheelchair-accessible; it is located in an outer building, accessible via a gravelled area.

The Museum Haus C.G. Jung is on the mezzanine floor and on the first floor of a listed building dating from 1909. There are no lifts or ramps.
Access to the mezzanine floor is via an external staircase with 2 steps and an internal staircase with 5 steps.
The 1st floor is only accessible via two staircases (13 steps each, width approx. 130 cm). Please contact us in advance to discuss the individual accessibility of the upper floor for people with limited mobility.

The historic doorways are approx. 93 cm wide, some with a small threshold.

The porch can only be reached from the building via a narrow staircase or, on request, from the garden via a flagstone path and two steps.

Folding chairs and seating are available in the exhibition. Our staff will be happy to assist you.

The garden of the estate is on different levels and is only accessible by uneven stone slab and gravel paths, some of which have steps.

The special exhibition is documented in German and English. The permanent exhibition is not documented in writing.

No hearing or visual aids about the museum are available.
